This program allows you to discover the terroirs and geography of the main wine-producing regions of Central Europe and the New World. This training also introduces you to food and wine pairing, wine list design and cellar management. Once you have completed this program, you may choose to pursue your training with Wine Professional 2 – European Vineyards.

Pathways
- Wine Professional 1 is a prerequisite for Wine Professional 2 and 3.
- Wine Professional 2 and 3 do not need to be completed in consecutive order.
- It is possible to do Wine Professional 3 and not do Wine Professional 2, and vice versa.

Admission requirements
To be eligible for this program, you must:
- Have successfully completed the program Professionnel du vin 1 – Viticulture et œnologie
- Be at least 18 years of age before the course start date
- Be fluent in oral and written French
Selection criteria
- Places are limited to 24 students per group.
- Applications are selected on a first come, first served basis according to the date of receipt of the admission application.
- In the event that the program is full, you will be able to add your name to a waiting list.
