Tips for a more eco-friendly experience  

  • Send your invitations, registration forms, and meeting-related documents by email
  • If you have to print documents, print them double-sided
  • Print name tags on recycled paper and take them back at the end of the meeting for reuse or recycle
  • Encourage people to use public transit by providing useful information such as the nearest metro station, bus routes to the meeting location, or nearby Bixi station
  • Schedule meetings so that people can use public transit to get there and back
