For this 15th edition of the Les Chefs Relais & Châteaux event, we are delighted to announce Chef Gabriel Kreuther, owner of the eponymous Gabriel Kreuther restaurant in Manhattan, New York as our gastronomic luminary.
The Alsatian-born two-star Michelin chef will be featured at the Cabaret du Casino de Montréal, showcasing his French savoir-faire, his Alsatian culture and his love of New York in an evening of gastronomic delights.
For the occasion, a selection of exquisite wines will complement this 6-course meal in a union of tradition and innovation.
