Fundraiser night Les Chefs Relais & Châteaux

This prestigious annual dinner, which is also a major event on the Montréal gastronomic scene, celebrates the culinary genius and talent of the great Relais & Châteaux chefs working in renowned Michelin establishments.

This exceptional culinary experience is designed for food lovers and gastronomy enthusiasts. We’ll welcome 250 guests for an evening of fine dining paired with prestigious wines, where exquisite cuisine, impeccable service, and elegant décor come together to create an unforgettable experience.

An Evening Led by Distinguished Ambassadors

The Fondation de l’ITHQ is honoured to welcome Mr. Jean-François Bergeron, President and Chief Executive Officer of Loto-Québec and its subsidiaries, as Honorary Chair of this edition. Ms. Johane Despins, spokesperson for the Fondation de l’ITHQ and renowned journalist, will serve as Master of Ceremonies for the second consecutive year, once again bringing her warmth and talent to this exceptional evening.

An Exceptional Chef

Guests will have the privilege of discovering the cuisine of Chef Patrick Henriroux, owner-chef of restaurant La Pyramide in Vienne. A century-old institution founded in 1822 and a Relais & Châteaux member since 1999, La Pyramide holds two Michelin stars and embodies the excellence and tradition of refined, precise cooking deeply rooted in respect for the finest ingredients. Internationally acclaimed, Chef Henriroux offers a signature cuisine where every dish reflects exceptional craftsmanship and a unique sensibility, promising guests a rare and memorable gastronomic experience.

The annual Les Chefs Relais & Châteaux event gives ITHQ graduates a unique opportunity to refine their skills for one year in some of the world’s finest gastronomic establishments. This prestigious program serves as a true springboard for excellence, allowing young culinary professionals to experience the highest international standards firsthand.

La Tablée des Chefs

In keeping with our commitment to the community, recovered food from the event will be donated to La Tablée des Chefs, a partner of ITHQ and Casino de Montréal, to support those facing food insecurity.

Investing in Tomorrow’s Talent

At the heart of the evening is the Bourse Chefs Relais & Châteaux, which offers ITHQ graduates the opportunity to develop their skills at Relais & Châteaux member establishments around the world. This prestigious program allows emerging talent to meet the industry’s highest standards and to showcase local expertise on the international stage.

Cocktail reception: 5 pm
