  • Diploma of Vocational Studies in cooking – Cuisine italienne option
  • 8 years of relevant experience in the field of the discipline being taught, including 3 years in authentic Italian cuisine and 2 years in management roles
  • Diploma of Vocational Studies in cooking
  • 8 years of relevant experience in the field of the discipline taught, including 2 years in management roles
  • Diploma of Vocational Studies in baking or pastry making
  • 8 years of relevant experience in the field of the discipline taught, including 2 years in management roles
  • Diploma of Vocational Studies in restaurant services 
  • 8 years of relevant experience in the field of the discipline taught, including 2 years in management roles
  • Diploma of Vocational Studies in restaurant services or Attestation of Vocational Specialization in Sommellerie combined with relevant experience in the labour market
  • 8 years of relevant experience in the field of the discipline taught, including 2 years in management roles

Technical education

  • Undergraduate degree in tourism and hospitality management or related discipline 
  • Relevant experience in the labour market
  • 2 years of experience in management roles is an asset
  • Undergraduate degree in business administration or related discipline

  • 8 years of experience in a relevant industry
  • Experience in  management roles is an asset
  • Graduate degree in hospitality, employee or customer experience management, business administration, tourism and hospitality management, human resources management or any other discipline deemed relevant to the field taught
  • Your expertise will preferably be in one or more of the following industries: restaurant services, accommodation, transportation, travel, leisure, attractions, conventions. 
  • 8 years of experience in a relevant industry
  • Experience in management roles is an asset
