Our regular team consists of experienced professionals who ensure high standards of quality, both in the dining room and in the kitchen. During the school year, our restaurant also hosts groups of graduates who come to us, with their instructors, to finalize their training.
During your visit, you will notice how much we share the love of the profession, how we take pride in the beauty of the gesture and in promoting the work of our producers and artisans. We are proud to share it all with you and to pass it onto the next generation every day!
