Overview
From programming to planning, through mobilizing teams, managing budgets and promotion, the Coordination d’événements et de congrès (Event and Conference Coordination) program will teach you how to manage all facets of an event with efficiency and creativity.

With a presence in 70 countries and a global community of 60 000 professionals, the association has 7 chapters in Canada, including a Montréal & Québec chapter.
Program structure and courses
Duration and schedule
- Program starting in the fall
- Spread over 4 sessions, part-time
- Includes a total of 375 hours of coursework
- Classes are offered 2 nights a week, Mondays and Wednesdays, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., including some Saturdays.

Diploma
- Attestation of College Studies (ACS) in Coordination d’événements et de congrès recognized by the Ministère de l’Enseignement supérieur.
- Following a classification process, this degree qualifies you to sit for the Events Industry Council certification exam leading to the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation.

Admission requirements
To be eligible for this program, you must:
- Hold a Secondary School Diploma (SSD) or the equivalent (Attestation of Equivalence of Secondary Studies (AESS) or diploma obtained outside Québec)
- Demonstrate proficiency in oral and written French
