- Demystifying the flexitarian, vegetarian, plant-based and vegan diet
- Understanding the 4 main sources of plant proteins and their culinary applications
- Learning to substitute plant-based foods for animal-based foods in recipes
- Identifying possible plant-based solutions for your menu, while maintaining the variety of your protein choices
