On Saturday, May 23, the Restaurant de l’ITHQ invites you to a special evening celebrating the wines of Vignoble de la Bauge, a true favourite among Québec wine enthusiasts.
Located in Brigham, in the Eastern Townships, and owned by the Naud family, this remarkable vineyard made history in 2024 by becoming the first in Canada to be certified in regenerative viticulture, the highest standard in organic agriculture. Winner of a 2023 Lauriers de la gastronomie québécoise award, it embodies a bold and forward-thinking approach.
Throughout the evening, let yourself be guided through its cuvées during a refined gastronomic experience designed to highlight their full complexity.
