A signature ITHQ dining experience
From November 3 to 14, 2026, the Restaurant de l’ITHQ is taking part in MTLàTABLE with a special tasting menu created for the occasion.
Over the course of five courses plus a cheese course, enjoy a dining experience featuring a choice of omnivore or plant-based options for appetizers and main courses.
In both the kitchen and dining room, our student brigade will put their skills into practice to offer an experience that embodies the ITHQ: delicious, polished and driven by the next generation of hospitality professionals.
