As part of the 2025 edition of the Montréal en lumière Festival, which is showcasing the work of women, the ITHQ is extremely pleased to welcome Jessica Rosval, an ITHQ graduate and chef at the restaurant Al Gatto Verde, owned by chef Massimo Bottura and located near Modena, Italy.
On Thursday, February 20, for one evening only, Chef Rosval will introduce you to the cuisine that has earned her the title best chef in Italy by the Le Guide de l’Espresso in 2021.
She will be accompanied by Québec winemaker Paula Cook Papini, who will present wines from her vineyard, Le Miccine, located in the Chianti region of Tuscany.
