Educational Event Étienne Huot and his students at the Restaurant de l’ITHQ

Young talents and seasonal products come together in a brand-new lunch menu!

Students from the Restaurant Management program and their chef-instructor, Étienne Huot, will take over the Restaurant de l’ITHQ kitchen at lunchtime, from September 2 to October 3.

Before teaching at the ITHQ, Chef Huot was best known as the chef-owner of La Récolte – Espace Local in Rosemont, where he made Québec’s terroir and local sourcing the cornerstone of his approach. For seven years, he showcased the richness of local products, offering small producers a unique platform in harmony with the seasons.

Today, he shares this philosophy and expertise with the next generation. Come discover them… and cheer them on!
