Description

The Hôtel de l’ITHQ wanted to develop a signature scent to enhance its guests’ overall sense of well-being and, above all, to instill a lasting memory of the place and their experience there.

The collaboration between ExperiSens and perfumer and olfactory artist Aroma Jockey Jarome was designed to ensure that the creation of the fragrance was part of a research-based approach that included customers at every stage of development. The data collected during the 3 phases of the project provided guidance for the fragrance creation and selection process, validated the chosen scent in terms of appeal, ambiance and intensity, and then issued recommendations for its long-term diffusion in the hotel.

The method used represents a replicable model for other establishments wishing to implement olfactory signatures or other types of sensory experiences to optimize their customers’ experience.
