This year, bar Blanc bec is proud to showcase the wonderful products crafted by our graduates. In November and December, the spotlight will be on PICNIC Piquette, a light and refreshing sparkling beverage.
Born from a delightful collaboration between winemaker Geneviève Thisdel (En Roue Libre, Les Bacchantes) and our sommelier graduate Nikolas Da Fonseca (vinvinvin), PICNIC Piquette bursts with bright berry aromas. Made from grape pomace in the pure piquette tradition, it’s the kind of drink that’ll make you say, “It goes down easy!”
This refreshing piquette will be available at Blanc bec until December 23, for $8.
