Those who like to meet our students will be in for a treat this fall at the Restaurant de l’ITHQ:
From September 2 to October 9, 2025:
- Our graduating students in Fine Dining Restaurant Service and their teacher, Thierry Pelven, will welcome you Tuesday to Friday for lunch service.
From October 14 to November 27, 2025:
- The same students and Mr. Pelven will welcome you Tuesday to Friday for dinner service.
Who knows? You might get the chance to see them performing flambé service or carving tableside!
