Presentation
Created with the collaboration of the renowned journalist and culinary critic, the Françoise-Kayler scholarship helps promote the vision of this grand dame of gastronomy with regard to Québec cuisine and identity. So that, even after her passing, her legacy lives on and helps to support the next generation of professionals of the industry in their career path.
Proceeds from this event will be used to award scholarships to students in the ITHQ Signature Cuisine supérieure program for their 12-week internship in starred establishments around the world.

We are delighted to announce the 20th edition of Cocktail de la Bourse Françoise-Kayler, a must-attend event for Quebec gastronomy enthusiasts, in collaboration with the Association Restauration Québec presided over by Mr. Claude Descoteaux.

- An exclusive mini exhibition on the legacy of Madame Françoise Kayler, offering an opportunity to discover or rediscover this pioneer of Quebec gastronomy.
