A meeting of two culinary traditions
From August 25 to 29, the Restaurant de l’ITHQ is celebrating Mexico with an exclusive five-course tasting menu created by sous-chef Manuel Jaramillo.
Originally from Toluca, Manuel invites you to discover the dishes and flavours that shaped his childhood. Through five thoughtfully crafted courses, he celebrates Quebec’s seasonal harvest by pairing it with the traditions of Mexican cuisine to create an authentic, bold and refined dining experience.
To complement this culinary journey, the wine pairing, created by Véronique Bénard-Jimenez, maître d’hôtel, has been carefully designed to enhance the flavours of each course.
