On Saturday, November 21, 2026, the Restaurant de l’ITHQ invites you to discover Between two lands, a special gastronomic evening bringing together Québec and Lebanese cuisines.
Through a five-course tasting menu, ITHQ graduate Jana Kaddouh will share her culinary inspirations, combining ingredients, techniques and flavours from the two places she calls home.
One chef, two culinary cultures
Originally from Lebanon, Jana moved to Québec in 2022 to study culinary arts at the ITHQ. After graduating, she joined the teams at the Restaurant de l’ITHQ and the Meetings and Events department, where she continued to hone her culinary skills.
For Jana, ingredients should always take centre stage. Rather than masking flavours or reinventing traditions for the sake of it, her cooking aims to bring out the best in each ingredient. Drawing on her experiences, encounters and the techniques she has learned along the way, she creates a personal style of cuisine in which Québec and Lebanon come together through ingredients, culinary traditions and stories.
