Description
Against a backdrop of major transformation in the hotel industry, including significant growth in automated technologies and service robots, this ongoing study looks at the integration of robots in our hotels, including their impact on the customer experience, staff productivity and managers’ perceptions.
Conducted in partnership with specialist company Oscar Robotique, this field research includes interviews with hotel managers and staff, customer questionnaires and real-life experimentation. It will provide a concrete, documented picture of this rapidly accelerating technological shift.
