On May 6, 2026, the ITHQ is delighted to welcome a leading figure in Spanish viticulture: Mireia Torres.
Coming from an iconic house founded by Miguel Torres, she carries forward a legacy that helped modernize Spanish oenology and elevate its wines on the international stage. Today, she embraces a distinctly contemporary approach, defined by the revival of ancestral grape varieties, adaptation to climate challenges and a commitment to innovation.
During this exceptional gourmet evening, Mireia Torres will be present to offer tastings of her vintages and to discuss food and wine pairings. The ITHQ teams will propose a menu inspired by Québec’s terroir, highlighting the richness of our seasonality and the expertise of our brigade. Spanish wine tradition meets Québec terroir!
