Housekeeping Room Attendant eLearning from Emerit delivers the skills and knowledge needed to be an effective housekeeping room attendant in the Canadian tourism sector.
Learning content is based on the Housekeeping Room Attendant National Occupational Standards, which are developed in consultation with industry experts and practitioners and cover all aspects of working as a professional in the occupation.
This training program was developed by Emerit, the official skills training and certification program of Tourism HR Canada.

This online training course is divided into 8 modules, covering professionalism, guest relations, safety, security, preparing for a shift, and cleaning tasks from guest rooms to property facilities.

Conditions
- 8.5-hour online training program, offered in French or English.
