Take your OPC exam from the convenience and comfort of your home
As required by the Travel Agents Act, travel professionals must pass an exam and obtain certification from the Office de la protection du consommateur (OPC) in order to practise in this field.
The ITHQ’s hospitality consulting centre has been mandated by the OPC to administer this exam. It also provides professionals with the tools to prepare for it.
This exam is intended for:

Conditions
- Before registering for the exam, you must create your file online on the OPC website so that you can obtain a file number beginning with “CCV”.
- The exam takes place online, under video and audio supervision, on the date and at the time of your choosing.
- Your results will be sent to you immediately after the test. If you pass the exam and your supervision record is in order, your results will be forwarded to the OPC. You will then receive instructions by email on how to complete your application and obtain your certificate.
Service in English is reserved for individuals covered by the exceptions stipulated in the Charter of the French language. By taking the exam in English, you are confirming in good faith that you are covered by one of these exceptions. Please visit the Charter page for exceptions.
