Front Desk Agent eLearning from Emerit delivers the skills and knowledge needed to be an effective front desk agent in the Canadian tourism sector.  

Learning content is based on the Front Desk Agent National Occupational Standards, which are developed in consultation with industry experts and practitioners and cover all aspects of working as a professional in the occupation. 

This training program was developed by Emerit, the official skills training and certification program of Tourism HR Canada

This online training course is divided into 10 modules, covering professionalismsafety and securityguest servicesreservationsarrivals and departures, and financial transactions.

Also included are two related microlearning modules on vocabulary around arrivals & departures and reservations.
