What you will learn
This online training course is divided into 8 modules, covering professionalism, product knowledge, opening and closing procedures, safety and security, and financial transactions, as well as specialized service skills for banquets and various types of alcohol.

- Completing the Dining Experience
- Risk Management
- Wine and Beer Service Basics
- Liquor Service Basics
- Banquet Service
Conditions
