Banquet Menus

Our banquet menus offer a unique selection of appetizers, main courses and deliciously refined desserts made from fresh local products. Available in 3 or 4 courses. Add a cheese course for $5 per person.


Bronze Menu

3 services: $55 per person
4 services (including 2 appetizers): $63 per person

Appetizers

  • Seasonal soup
  • Green salad, shallot confit vinaigrette, sunflower and pumpkin seeds
  • Chicken liver mousse, cranberries, apples, camelina

Main courses

  • Farmer’s chicken breast, celeriac puree with thyme, buttered Savoy cabbage, seasonal vegetables, forest mushroom sauce
  • Roasted turbot fillet, sour cream with onion ash, braised endives, beets, watercress and radish salad
  • Braised beef shoulder, creamy polenta, Nantes carrots, Swiss chard, pan reduction sauce
