On Friday, March 20, the Restaurant de\u00a0l\u2019ITHQ\u00a0will proudly feature an urban vineyard that has sparked a lot of excitement among wine enthusiasts:\u00a0<\/span>Lieux\u00a0Communs<\/span><\/a>,\u00a0established\u00a0at Montr\u00e9al’s March\u00e9 Central since 2021.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

During this special evening, you will have the privilege of exploring unique wines crafted from hybrid grape varieties, embodying\u00a0<\/span>a minimalist approach inspired by old school, natural techniques<\/span><\/a>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Cutting across the divide between urban and rural life, namely thanks to its vineyards cultivated in Oka, the project embodies a hybrid, boreal and contemporary approach to viticulture.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Karine\u00a0Beauchamp, executive chef at the Restaurant de\u00a0l\u2019ITHQ, will create a bespoke menu to pair with the vineyard\u2019s wines, which she will choose in collaboration with sommelier Julien Gagnon. Guillaume\u00a0Lalibert\u00e9\u00a0and Daniel Gillis, two of Lieux Communs’ four partners, will be on-site to\u00a0showcase\u00a0their products.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
