We\u2019re kicking things off in style with <\/span>Simon Gaudreault-Rouleau<\/span><\/a>, ITHQ sommelier graduate and thirst-development mastermind at <\/span>Brasserie Dunham<\/span><\/a>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
