Discover a 5-course tasting menu where the warmth of Mexican spices meets the richness of Qu\u00e9bec\u2019s local products. Bold and refined, this gourmet experience pays tribute to Mexico\u2019s culinary traditions while highlighting the land, sea, and forest of Qu\u00e9bec.<\/p>\n

Created by our colleague Manuel Jaramillo<\/strong>, Sous-Chef at the ITHQ Restaurant and originally from Toluca, this menu reflects his culinary heritage and his passion for sharing it.<\/p>\n
