work of women, the ITHQ is extremely pleased to welcome <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Jessica Rosval, an ITHQ graduate and chef at the restaurant <\/span><\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/ristorantealgattoverde.com\/\" rel=\"noopener\"><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Al Gatto Verde<\/span><\/b><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, owned by chef Massimo Bottura and one evening only, Chef Rosval will introduce you to the cuisine that has earned her the title <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/tastet.ca\/en\/profiles\/jessica-rosval-the-local-chef-who-conquered-italy\/\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">best chef in Italy by the Le Guide de l\u2019Espresso in 2021<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span
