id=\"description\">Description<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In a landscape where the deployment of advanced technologies in museums is becoming increasingly common, the MAC&#8217;s primary\u00a0objective\u00a0was to rethink its customer experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> To achieve this,\u00a0ExperiSens\u00a0has targeted the needs, constraints, current technologies, and\u00a0objectives\u00a0for implementing\u00a0new technology\u00a0in a museum experience through in-depth research in the literature and at renowned international cultural institutions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The findings confirm that MAC must: prioritize tools that improve accessibility and engagement without complicating the visitor experience; leverage strategic partnerships to benefit from experience feedback; anticipate challenges related to training, maintenance and evaluation for successful implementation; and, finally, align technology with the museum&#8217;s mission so that it serves both art and the visitor
