Objective: transform TICs into more human, distinctive, and modern spaces, where personalized reception is enhanced by digital tools tailored to tourists&#8217; needs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To achieve this, the research team combined documentary analysis and field observation to gain a better understanding of tourists&#8217; experiences and hospitality practices. The&nbsp;methodology&nbsp;also includes collecting and studying existing data,&nbsp;monitoring&nbsp;trends and benchmarking inspiring regions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Strategies and initiatives based on the findings were proposed to support the following 3 key focus areas:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strengthen the skills and engagement of the various hospitality players through training, community-building events and celebrating local identity.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Offer a coherent,\u00a0modern\u00a0and sustainable experience throughout the territory, with harmonized signage, adapted infrastructures, mobile\u00a0teams\u00a0and responsible practices.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rely on digital technology to complement human reception: smart tools for agents, interactive kiosks,\u00a0increased online visibility and ongoing team training.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sources-de-financement\">Funding
