The research\u00a0methodology\u00a0included consulting data from the AHQ, benchmarking Qu\u00e9bec and international initiatives, as well as a qualitative survey conducted with establishment managers to gain insight into their perspectives and the evolution of the issue. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An analysis of the online comments added to the overall picture, enabling an understanding of tourists&#8217;\u00a0perceptions\u00a0and the potential impacts on the customer experience. The findings of this study have led to the formulation of concrete courses of action aimed at promoting constructive dialogue between the hotel industry, social actors, and public decision-makers\u00a0in order to\u00a0address this reality.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sources-de-financement\">Funding
