In its\u00a0initial\u00a0phase, the study aimed to create a profile of customers who travel with their dogs, then to\u00a0identify\u00a0their motivations, the challenges they face, and their expectations of tourist accommodations. Subsequently, the study\u00a0sought\u00a0to produce a guide to best practices for welcoming dogs, intended for hoteliers and hospitality professionals\u00a0operating\u00a0in Qu\u00e9bec. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The results of the study will enable establishment managers to\u00a0optimize\u00a0their service offering for guests travelling with their pets.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3
