His work focuses primarily on the impact of technologies on individuals and organizations. A member of the AI Tourism working group, he is particularly interested in the use of artificial intelligence in knowledge-based organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In recent years, he has taught the Digital Asset Monetization course at HEC Montr\u00e9al, as well as the \u201cMeasuring Experience\u201d course at the ITHQ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quentin holds a PhD in Economics and Management from UCLouvain (Belgium), during which he studied the impact of immersive technologies on the customer experience. He has led numerous research projects using a range of analytical methods (interviews, statistical analysis, eye tracking, biometrics, and machine learning), collaborated with leading institutions such as MIT, and published his work in several recognized scientific journals. He previously graduated with high distinction with a Master\u2019s degree in Business Administration from the Louvain School of Management (Belgium), specializing in business analytics.
