Any of the food you will be tasting is prepared and served with love by our students as part of their practical courses. Take the opportunity to treat yourself to a dessert or to the cocktail creation of the moment! <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Our instructors on the lookout<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Throughout the school year, our instructors take turns in the kitchen and the dining room to supervise the work of the students and teach them the basics of their future profession. True conductors, they ensure our guests\u2019 satisfaction while passing on their invaluable expertise to the professionals of tomorrow.<\/p>\n<\/div>

I\u2019ll always remember my very last service. My colleague and I had given ourselves the challenge of making a tableside service for our whole section. It was the most intense hour of my time at the ITHQ! But I remember that we did it with a smile and, above all, with the feeling that we had pleased our customers.<\/mark><\/p>
