4 choices of appetizers, 4 choices of main courses, a fish dish, and a vegetarian option.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As the dishes on the menu may vary depending on the current group of students in class, <strong>the menu du jour will only be presented to you on arrival<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In order to&nbsp;ensure an extensive learning experience for the kitchen&nbsp;brigade, we ask&nbsp;guests from the same table to choose a variety of appetizers and&nbsp;main courses.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>While our menu includes vegetarian options, we are unable to accommodate vegan
