This reality can lead to deficiencies in the various cleaning protocols and lead to an increase in health risk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This research project aims to improve a virtual learning platform in order to adjust it to the current challenges related to the prevention of infectious risks in the hotel customer journey. The results of this project will be useful to tourist accommodation establishments that will be able to better train their regular and seasonal employees. They will also allow for improvement of the quality of work (skills development, increase of qualifications with certification, optimization of know-how), to reduce movements in organizations (development of new organization modes for training, work, services) and to develop a common protocol on infectious risks in order to ensure the safety and health of the customer, employees and employers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sources-de-financement\">Funding sources<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Support program for research and innovation organizations, component 2: Support for social innovation projects.
