class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Accompany, lead and supervise groups on tourist tours<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide information on history, culture, architecture and society, and answer visitors&#8217; questions&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirm accommodation, restaurant and activity reservations according to schedule&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solve itinerary or reception problems and ensures group safety&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qualities of a tourist guide<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I&#8217;m very comfortable in public.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I&#8217;m curious and like to continually develop my knowledge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I&#8217;m a good communicator and have an excellent memory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I am bilingual or multilingual.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I&#8217;m thorough and organized.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I love telling stories.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I have good physical stamina.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I&#8217;m resourceful and have a good sense of leadership.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I\u2019d like a position that would allow me to travel.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Required experience and training<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To become a tourist guide in the city of Montr\u00e9al, you must complete the ITHQ\u2019s Montr\u00e9al Tourist Guide training program.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required to qualify for a tourist guide position.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The
