class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Plan, organize, direct and control the various restaurant services activities of an establishment&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure of the efficiency and profitability of operations&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with front-of-house and kitchen managers (ma\u00eetre d&#8217;h\u00f4tel, chef de cuisine or executive chef)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>May work in a large restaurant or restaurant chain, a hotel, a convention or resort centre, on cruise ships, or in institutional settings (hospitals, schools, retirement homes, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2
