Duties of a pastry apprentice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Make plated desserts, entremets, breads, viennoiseries, chocolates, candies and ice creams, under the supervision of the pastry chef<\/li>\n\n\n\n
May work in a restaurant, hotel, caterer or pastry shop<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
