The 16th edition of the Chefs Relais & Ch\u00e2teaux event was held at the Cabaret du Casino de Montr\u00e9al, in support of the Fondation de l\u2019ITHQ.<\/p>\n
Bringing together 250 guests, the evening featured a six-course culinary experience created by Chef Patrick Henriroux, owner-chef of La Pyramide in Vienne, France, a two-Michelin-star restaurant and Relais & Ch\u00e2teaux member.<\/p>\n
The event was chaired by Kevin Taylor, an ITHQ graduate and Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer of Casino and Gaming Halls at Loto-Qu\u00e9bec. SAQ served as presenting partner.<\/p>\n
Musical performances by the \u00c9cole de musique Vincent-d\u2019Indy enhanced the experience throughout the evening. Guest master sommelier Pier-Alexis Souli\u00e8res also contributed by creating bespoke food and wine pairings.<\/p>\n
Teams from ITHQ and Casino de Montr\u00e9al, supported by students and volunteers, ensured the smooth execution of the event.<\/p>\n
