Would you like to offer more plant-based options to your customers? Thanks to this training course, you will be fully equipped to create plant-based dishes that are delicious, nutritious and packed with local ingredients. 

This training course is intended for:

Managers, chefs, cooks and assistants.  

Objectives

Learn the basics of plant-based nutrition and the culinary techniques associated with it in order to develop the tools necessary to add new vegan proposals to the menu. 

Content

  • Understanding the need to incorporate more plant-based dishes to the food offering
  • Mastering the basics of plant-based food and cooking  
  • Learning about plant proteins, their uses and properties  
  • Analyzing and balancing a menu  
  • Learning how to create a vegan recipe step by step  

Conditions

This 6-hour training course is divided into 2 parts : 

  • A theoretical component in which you will learn the basics of plant-based nutrition.    
  • A practical section during which basic recipes will be performed.
