Learn the basics of plant-based nutrition and the culinary techniques associated with it in order to develop the tools necessary to add new vegan proposals to the menu.

- Understanding the need to incorporate more plant-based dishes to the food offering
- Mastering the basics of plant-based food and cooking
- Learning about plant proteins, their uses and properties
- Analyzing and balancing a menu
- Learning how to create a vegan recipe step by step
Conditions
This 6-hour training course is divided into 2 parts :
- A theoretical component in which you will learn the basics of plant-based nutrition.
- A practical section during which basic recipes will be performed.
