Thanks to this training course, you will learn all the basics of table service in less than 3 hours. This asset will make your job search a lot easier, and give you the confidence you need to do the job properly! 

This training course is intended for:

  • Anyone wishing to work in the restaurant services industry or who is new to the profession.
  • Managers who want to train their service staff effectively.

Objectives

Learn and master the right table service gestures and techniques. 

Content:

  • Setting a table  
  • Taking an order 
  • Serving plates 
  • Clearing plates 
  • Carrying a tray and torpedo safely  
  • Serving water and other beverages  
  • Opening a bottle of wine  
  • Serving coffee and tea 

Conditions

In-person training in a dining room.

Cost

$175 per person (maximum of 12 people).
