For effective table service! 

This training course will enable you to quickly and effectively train your table service staff.  

In addition to easing the integration of new members into your team, this training course will help you ensure the quality and consistency of the service you offer your customers.  

This training course is intended for

Any type of restaurant service business that offers table service. 


Objectives

This training will allow your team members to learn and master the right table service gestures and techniques.

  • Setting a table  
  • Taking an order 
  • Serving plates 
  • Clearing plates 
  • Carrying a tray and torpedo safely  
  • Serving water and other beverages  
  • Opening a bottle of wine  
  • Serving coffee and tea 

A 2nd part to this training course, which will focus specifically on soft skills and the customer experience, is currently under development.

In-person training in a dining room


Cost

$2,500 per group (maximum of 12 people). Travel expenses not included. 

Corporation tax credits
