A logical follow-up to the Les bases du service en restauration I : les essentiels training course, this course will enable you to develop your customer approach and interpersonal skills as a foodservice professional.

This training course is intended for:

  • Anyone wishing to work in the restaurant services industry or who is new to the profession.
  • Managers who want to train their service staff effectively.

Content
What you will learn

  • Develop customer service skills (presentation, professional attitude, courtesy, discretion, active listening, discernment, etc.) 
  • Provide a welcoming and efficient reception for customers (on the phone, at the door, at the table and on the way out) 
  • Present, describe and comment on a menu 
  • Master wine, tea and coffee service techniques 
  • Manage a table with special needs customers (children, birthdays, reduced mobility, etc.)
