A logical follow-up to the Les bases du service en restauration I : les essentiels training course, this training course will enable your restaurant’s table service staff to develop their customer approach and interpersonal skills, with the aim of providing your customers with a memorable experience.  

This training course is intended for:

Any type of restaurant service business that offers table service. 


Objectives

Enable your team members to develop the techniques and interpersonal skills they need to deliver an exceptional customer experience.  

Content

  • Develop customer service skills (presentation, professional attitude, courtesy, discretion, active listening, discernment, etc.) 
  • Provide a welcoming and efficient reception for customers (on the phone, at the door, at the table and on the way out) 
  • Present, describe and comment on a menu 
  • Master wine, tea and coffee service techniques 
  • Manage a table with special needs customers (children, birthdays, reduced mobility, etc.)

In-person training held in the dining room.


Cost

$2,500 per group (maximum of 12 people). Travel expenses not included.

Corporation tax credits
