A logical follow-up to the Les bases du service en restauration I : les essentiels training course, this training course will enable your restaurant’s table service staff to develop their customer approach and interpersonal skills, with the aim of providing your customers with a memorable experience.

Enable your team members to develop the techniques and interpersonal skills they need to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Content
- Develop customer service skills (presentation, professional attitude, courtesy, discretion, active listening, discernment, etc.)
- Provide a welcoming and efficient reception for customers (on the phone, at the door, at the table and on the way out)
- Present, describe and comment on a menu
- Master wine, tea and coffee service techniques
- Manage a table with special needs customers (children, birthdays, reduced mobility, etc.)
