Goal
Analyze contemporary issues and challenges in hospitality management from the standpoint of value creation.
Overview
This seminar will consider a number of hospitality companies and specifically the different forms of lodging establishments along with the convention, travel, and passenger transportation industries. People who work in these sectors will present the differences and similarities that define hospitality management, while a number of business models of successful establishments, along with those no longer in business, will be analyzed to understand key success factors.
