The ITHQ is one of the very few educational institutions that offers advanced culinary training that is in tune with the latest culinary trends.

Its market cuisine program, which has a strong focus on the freshest regional products, is a unique professional springboard for your career.

The program features 1,235 hours of training devoted mainly to practice work and divided into two segments – one designed to further your expertise in basic techniques and recipe standardization, and the other an enrichment segment in which you will learn new techniques by working alongside renowned experts.

The program concludes with a 12-week internship at a prestigious restaurant establishment in France. Upon your return, you will test your expertise by working on the traditional ITHQ "Grand Dîner de la rentrée."
