Quebec Fish and Seafood week
From May 27 to June 8, the Restaurant de l’ITHQ and the Ministère de l'Agriculture, des Pêcheries et de l'Alimentation du Québec (MAPAQ) invite you to answer the call of the sea and come enjoy our local fish and seafood products.
Quebec’s cold waters are home to exceptional seafood such as arctic char, sea urchins, Greenland halibut, lobster and herring. These species are raised and caught in Quebec with great care to preserve resources and the environment, so you can enjoy them guilt free!
