MTLàTABLE is back for an 8th edition!
Seatings at 6:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
Again this year, the Restaurant de l’ITHQ is joining the two weeks of food festivities of MTLàTABLE. For the occasion, Professor and Chef Jonathan Rassi has created a three-course menu full of flavour that features delicious Quebec products.

Three-course menu at $33
Smoked duck breast (Montérégie), salt-baked celeriac, pickled cranberries and camelina seeds
Roasted butternut squash, crunch-crunch, buttermilk and dill
Mushroom dashi, king oyster mushrooms, green onions and apple surette (Saint-Joseph-du-Lac)
Snow crab (Gaspésie), fermented turnip, apple, cabbage and sumac + 3
Pan-seared yellow perch (Lake Erie), popcorn velouté, grilled corn, kohlrabi and mustard greens
Sunflower seeds, roasted carrots in escabeche (Birri), carrot butter and ice plant
Smoked porcelet shoulder (Gaspor), blood pudding purée, grilled cucumber in vinaigrette and scallop chips
Veal tartare, ox-eye daisy capers, pickled spruce tips (Gaspésie), egg yolk purée and fried bread + 3
ITHQ pears with boreal spices (Gaspésie), Alunga chocolate (Cacao Barry Challenge)

- The table d’hôte menus at $37 and $41 and group menus are not available for the MTLàTABLE event.
