Indigenous nations on the menu

The ITHQ Restaurant is honored to welcome Martin Gagné, chef of Le Parlementaire restaurant, to the National Assembly of Quebec. He signs a unique menu based on the knowledge of six indigenous nations. Also featured will be wines from the indigenous Nk’Mip Cellars vineyard as well as the renowned Quebec vineyard Camy.

February 17 and 18, starting at 6 p.m.: Discover the special menu created by Chef Gagné, who will be in the kitchen

February 19 to March 5, 2022, starting at 6 p.m.: Chef Gagné's menu will be prepared by the student team and their instructor as well as head chef Carl Jobin, pastry chef Éric Champagne and the kitchen brigade.
