Located on Saint-Denis Street in front of the beautiful Square Saint-Louis, the Restaurant de l’ITHQ seats 65 people in an elegant indoor space, while its outdoor terrace can seat up to 22 people during the summer season.
During the week, students who are finishing their programs come work in the kitchen and dining room to apply what they have learned in the classroom.
Under the direction of Jonathan Lapierre, chef Carl Jobin prepares modern and refined seasonal menus that showcase local Quebec products. An impressive cellar with a vast selection of Quebec and Canadian wines will delight even the most demanding wine connoisseurs.
Thanks to its practices to reduce its environmental footprint, the Restaurant de l'ITHQ has been listed in Tourisme Montréal’s directory of eco-friendly restaurants. It is also a member of Aliments du Québec au Menu and Ocean Wise, recognition programs for restaurants that promote local Quebec products and sustainable seafood choices.
