Workshop - Royal menu

Recipes prepared by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge during their ITHQ visit on July 2, 2011:

  • ITHQ chefs demonstrate recipes of the menu below, then you prepare one as a team and… you can eat!
  • 3-hour workshop
  • 15 to 20 participants per workshop
  • Group price (up to 15 participants): $1,950. Each additional person: $100.
    Additional charge for meal service in a private dining room: $550

  • Baby cucumber, goat cheese and elderberry jam
  • Québec foie gras on a toasted brioche, served with apple cider jelly
  • Îles-de-la-Madeleine lobster prepared two ways
  • Herb and cranberry-crusted Québec lamb loin with seasonal Québec vegetables
  • White dream: a white cheese and maple caramel bar with meringue feathers and a light biscuit
